KeyResponsibilities

AsaSeniorSlotGameDesigner,youwill:

• Designandownslotgameconceptsfromideationtofinaldelivery,focusingonentertainmentvalue,pacing,volatility,RTPstructure,andlong-termengagement.

• Workcross-functionallywithproducers,animators,sounddesigners,engineers,andproductteamstoensurecohesiveexecution.
• Interpretcreativebriefsandaligngameconceptswithoverallproductstrategyandmarketpositioning.
• Utilizeplayerdataandanalyticstoinformdesigndecisionsandoptimizemechanicspre-andpost-launch.
• CreatedetailedGameDesignDocuments(GDDs)andpitchmaterialsthatclearlycommunicategameplaymechanics,featureflow,andplayerexperiencegoals.
• Playtestanditerateonin-developmentgames,providingstructuredfeedbackonmath,UI,pacing,art,andsoundintegration.
• Supportexternalpartnerswithclearexplanationsofgamemechanicsandvaluepropositionstomaximizecommercialsuccess.

Qualifications
