Job summary

PlaySimple Games, Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Game Designer to own the vision and design of multiple titles from concept through delivery. Lead the creative direction, balance features, and drive live ops in a fast-paced mobile gaming environment.

The role requires 8+ years in gaming, successful title experience, and the ability to collaborate across design, product, art, and engineering teams to deliver engaging experiences and scale games globally.

• 8+ years of experience in gaming, with 2 successful titles built and scaled.
• Ability to take games from concept to live ops and lead the vision for the games.
• Responsible for design-related responsibilities and KPI’s for multiple games or a franchise.

Position Summary

• Responsible for all design-related responsibilities and KPI’s for multiple games or a franchise.
• Lead benchmarking and prototyping initiatives across teams to identify new business opportunities and provide proof of concept.
• Responsible for hiring and mentoring of game designers.
• Adept at using AI tools, aware of the industry trends and identifying new opportunities for improving speed, efficiency and quality
