Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced SAP professional to translate business needs into advanced SAP capabilities. You will design WRICEF specifications, coordinate offshore development, and support Unit/Functional testing and UAT across multiple operating companies.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP, expertise in SAP SD and IS Retail, and a background in change management and organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing SAP applications.
• Expertise in SAP SD and IS Retail modules.
• WRICEF functional specification design and configuration.
• Experience coordinating offshore development teams and UAT.
• Background in Change Management, training delivery, and organizational transformation support.
• Proficiency in providing 3rd Level functional support and application administration across multiple operating companies.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages Identify necessary localization or enhancements, supported by clear business cases Create functional requirements to guide application design and development Propose solutions, configure the system and write detailed WRICEF functional specifications Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and quality standards Conduct Unit/Functional testing and support integration and user acceptance test (UAT) Deliver scalable, sustainable and integrated Business Solutions across multiple Formats, Channels, Countries and Business Models Contribute to Change Management efforts by providing training content and supporting organizational transformation Provide 3rd Level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across all European Operating Companies in scope Collaborate with peers across applications/modules to ensure seamless integration Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal cooperation Identify opportunities for business process and system enhancements in collaboration with the vendor, and promote continuous improvement by evaluating work processes and user experiences

Requirements
