Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Functional Consultant - SAP SD IS Retail to translate requirements into robust SAP configurations, WRICEF specs, and scalable solutions across formats, channels, and countries. You will turn requirements into configuration and coordinate offshore development.

You will lead testing activities (Unit/UAT), drive change management, and deliver 3rd level functional support across European operating companies, enabling seamless integration and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing SAP applications.
• In-depth expertise in SAP SD and IS Retail modules.
• Experience coordinating offshore development and managing Unit/Functional testing and UAT.
• Strong background in Change Management, training content delivery, and organizational transformation support.
• Ability to deliver 3rd Level functional support and troubleshooting across multiple operating companies.

• Map business needs into advanced SAP capabilities and WRICEF specs.
• Determine localization/enhancements with clear business cases.
• Document functional requirements to direct design and development.
• Configure the system and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure quality.
• Support Unit testing, integration testing, and UAT completion.
• Deliver scalable, integrated solutions across formats, channels, countries, and business models.
• Contribute to Change Management by preparing training content and supporting transformation.
• Provide 3rd Level functional support across European operating companies.
