You'll collaborate with Product, UX, backend and frontend teams to translate requirements into responsive, maintainable software, and contribute hands-on across the stack to improve reliability, performance, and API

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of full stack development experience with emphasis on Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
• 2+ years designing distributed, event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency with microservices, REST APIs, message queues, and streaming technologies.
• Experience with Micro Frontends, Headless Commerce platforms, or API gateways.
• Proven experience building scalable, distributed applications in an enterprise environment.
• Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and modern development best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile teams and deliver high-quality software on time.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong experience designing and building scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and cloud-native architectures. This role will play a key part in shaping both frontend and backend solutions for our modern eCommerce platform, improving system reliability, application performance, API integration, and secure enterprise-grade digital experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, backend and frontend engineering, architecture, and QA teams to translate business and design requirements into responsive, maintainable, and scalable applications. We’re seeking someone who can contribute hands‑on across the stack, solve complex engineering problems, and influence technical decisions that support long‑term platform growth.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools, and release readiness practices.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers, model full-stack engineering excellence, and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
