We are scaling our platform and are looking for technical leaders who can guide teams while remaining hands‑on.

Role Overview

Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong technical depth and leadership. You will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a people‑manager‑only position.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Own and drive technical design decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Review and approve architecture and design proposals
• Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure
• Set and uphold engineering standards and best practices
• Evaluate, guide, and set guardrails for responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools to improve team productivity and code quality.

Delivery & Execution

• Lead the delivery of complex, cross‑cutting features and initiatives
• Break down ambiguous product requirements into executable technical plans
• Identify technical risks early and proactively mitigate them
• Balance short‑term delivery needs with long‑term platform health
• Mentor Senior and Associate engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and guidance
• Raise the overall engineering capability of the team
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Product, QA, and Clinical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
