Job summary

Rialtic is hiring a senior frontend/backend engineer to own end-to-end features from architecture to production. You will build scalable Vue/Nuxt components with a strong focus on UX and accessibility, while developing backend REST APIs, WebSocket services, and MCP server integrations using TypeScript/NestJS.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript experience with Vue/Nuxt and API integration.
• Hands-on Python experience is a plus but API work is TypeScript-first.
• Production-grade Vue.js apps with attention to UX and performance.
• Experience with AI agents frameworks (Cloudflare Agents, LangChain, etc.).
• Cloud deployment on AWS/Azure and Kubernetes-based infra knowledge.
• Experience designing REST APIs, WebSockets, and MCP Server integrations.
• Proficiency with Nuxt/Nest.js SSR/SSG and PWA deployment.
• SQL data modeling and PostgreSQL optimization with Prisma ORM.
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

• Own frontend features from architecture to production with Product and Design.

Own core frontend features end-to-end — from architecture to production, in close collaboration with Product and Design

Build scalable, reusable Vue/Nuxt components with a strong eye for UX, performance, and accessibility

Develop and maintain backend REST APIs, WebSocket services, and MCP server integrations using TypeScript/NestJS

Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into applications using Cloudflare Agents, LangChain, or similar frameworks

Deploy and manage applications on Cloudflare and AWS /Azure cloud services (Saas based apps in prod),

Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL / Sqlite , Prisma ORM) — data modeling, query optimization, and schema design

Collaborate across frontend and backend as needs arise — making simplicity out of complexity

Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Antigravity, or similar) to accelerate development

Follow agile/scrum development processes — sprint planning, standups, code reviews, and retrospectives

Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code and uphold engineering best practices

Foster a culture of industry-leading UX and technical excellence

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• TypeScript — 7+ years; strong typing, generics, and deep integration with Vue. TypeScript-first for all backend APIs (not Python-first).

• Vue.js — 5+ years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade applications


• AI Agents — hands‑on experience with Cloudflare Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Flue, or similar AI frameworks; prompt engineering, RAG


• Cloud Providers — AWS (S3, Athena, k8s/EKS) and/or Azure; hands‑on deployment and infrastructure experience


• REST APIs, WebSockets, and MCP Servers — designing and consuming APIs; real‑time services and Model Context Protocol integration


• Nuxt /Nest.js — SSR, SSG, and Nuxt app architecture; PWA deployment


• SQL / PostgreSQL — query optimization, data modeling, and Prisma ORM


• Git & CI/CD — GitLab CI pipelines, conventional commits, branching strategies


• Python — working familiarity for scripting and backend tasks (deprioritized; TypeScript preferred for APIs)


• Angular — familiarity is acceptable but not required;

Good to Have

• UX Engineering — experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and UI implementation; UX engineering background is a strong plus


• Docker & Kubernetes — containerised deployments and orchestration


• Kafka (MSK) — event‑driven messaging and stream processing


• Testing: Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress — unit, integration, and E2E testing strategies


• Health Tech / Payer‑side experience — healthcare domain knowledge is a strong plus


• Microservices architecture — distributed systems design and scalability


• Vector databases and AI model integrations — experience in AI‑native data workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities


• Passion for learning new technologies — especially AI, edge computing, and modern frontend engineering
