• 10 years of overall engineering experience, with 8 years in an Engineering Manager / Technical Manager role.
• Hands-on background in software engineering, with exposure to Python , AI/ML, or data engineering.
• Experience working in a global onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Solid understanding of Python, AI/ML concepts, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical and delivery topics to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams delivering AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.
• Bridge between onshore business/technology stakeholders and offshore delivery teams for alignment and execution.
• Provide technical leadership in AI/ML solutions, automation, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern SDLC practices.
• Oversee end-to-end AI-based software delivery from design to deployment and optimization.
• Own delivery outcomes including planning, execution, risk management, quality, and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans.
• Review architecture and code quality to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities (ML models, GenAI, intelligent automation) where applicable.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and escalate with solutions.

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager with strong AI/ML exposure and hands‑on experience in AI based software delivery. This individual will lead high‑impact engineering initiatives, work closely with onshore stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across offshore teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical leader, an effective communicator, and a proactive, go‑getter personality who takes ownership, drives clarity, and delivers results in a fast‑pacedenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross‑functional engineering teams delivering AI‑enabled and data‑driven solutions.
• Act as a bridge between onshore business/technology stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution.
• Provide technical leadership in areas such as AI/ML solutions, automation, cloud‑native architectures, APIs, and modern SDLC practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI based software delivery, covering design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI‑enabled solutions.
• Own delivery outcomes including planning, execution, risk management, quality, and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans.
• Review architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices; ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities (e.g., ML models, GenAI, intelligent automation) in engineering solutions where applicable.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalat with solutions, not just problems.
• Mentor and grow engineers and leads; foster a high‑ownership, high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Highly proactive and execution‑driven; takes ownership and pushes work forward without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable challenging status quo constructively and driving decisions.
• Collaborative, transparent, and solution‑oriented.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of overall engineering experience, with 8 years in an Engineering Manager / Technical Manager role.
• Strong hands‑on background in software engineering, with exposure to Python , AI/ML, or data engineering.
• Experience working in a global onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Solid understanding of:
• Python , AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, data pipelines, inference, governance – hands‑on not mandatory but must be conversant)
• Cloud platforms (Preferably AWS/Azure)
• Excellent communication skills able to clearly articulate technical and delivery topics to business and leadership audiences.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
• Proven experience handling ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast‑moving programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to regulated or large‑scale enterprise systems.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum at scale.
• Healthcare domain exposure is an add‑on.
