Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the frontend development team, designing scalable UI architectures, and ensuring the best user experience across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build high-performance, responsive, and maintainable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reusable frontend components and architectures.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js or Angular.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experiences across different devices.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends, and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and implement necessary fixes.
• Implement best practices in security, accessibility, and UI/UX standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, NextJs, etc.).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and web accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends architecture.
• Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generators (SSG).
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and hybrid mobile frameworks like React Native.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, PAWS, or Firebase.
