Job summary

Under Armour India is seeking a Lead, FP&A Systems (EPM – OneStream) to scale enterprise planning and reporting capabilities. You will own OneStream deployments, manage data integrity, and drive automation in a global, cross-functional environment.

Hybrid role with 4 days in-office per week near UA India office; heavy collaboration with FP&A, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that support planning, forecasting, and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A systems, enterprise performance management, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream or comparable EPM tools (Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC).
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system and data solutions.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation capabilities.
• Experience with data integrations, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and visualization techniques.
• Experience leading teams in a captive or shared services environment (Preferred).
• Finance transformation experience (Preferred).
• Proven experience supporting large-scale EPM implementations in global, matrixed environments (Preferred).
• Additional OneStream-specific EPM expertise (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support OneStream implementation activities including requirements validation, data mapping, and reconciliation.
• Partner with system integration partners to test cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution.
• Support go-live and hypercare activities by monitoring system performance and resolving defects.
• Administer the OneStream platform including security, user access, and data integrations.
• Own cycle readiness and execution support for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Maintain system documentation including runbooks and SOPs for scalable support.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing processes.
• Collaborate with global FP&A, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver enhancements.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Under Armour is seeking a Lead, FP&A Systems (EPM – OneStream) with experience in enterprise performance management platforms and financial planning processes to support the development and scaling of enterprise-wide planning and reporting capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in OneStream or comparable EPM tools, a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system and data solutions in a global, cross-functional environment. The position will support the full lifecycle of the OneStream platform including implementation, testing, go-live stabilization, and ongoing administration, while driving data integrity, system scalability, and continuous improvement across planning and reporting cycles.

Reporting Structure:

Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the VP, Corporate FP&A at UA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):

• Support OneStream implementation activities including requirements validation, system configuration alignment, data mapping, metadata preparation, and reconciliation
• Partner with system integration partners to execute and oversee testing cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT), including development of test scripts, issue tracking, and defect resolution
• Support go-live and hypercare activities by monitoring system performance, triaging user issues, investigating data discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution of critical defects
• Administer the OneStream platform post-implementation including security, user access, workflows, metadata, reporting objects, and data integrations
• Own cycle readiness and execution support for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity
• Maintain and enhance system documentation including runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and user guides to enable scalable support
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, standardizing processes, and enhancing reporting, workflows, and dashboards
• Partner with global FP&A, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners to deliver enhancements and align system capabilities to business needs
