Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our OneStream practice in India, with roles in Bangalore, Jaipur, or Pune. You will develop project plans, build client relationships, determine solutions to meet needs, and provide delivery oversight to project teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A PM with OneStream/Hyperion, full lifecycle OneStream/Hyperion projects as a Solution Architect, and strong communication skills. University degree required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A project management experience with a strong focus on OneStream Software or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations.
• Min 3 full lifecycle OneStream/Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS Software projects as a Solution Architect.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• University degree in business, computer science or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in fully integrating OneStream Software systems into their current FP&A processes and provide input on best practices.
• Manage client expectations and accountability.
• Identify new opportunities with current clients.
• Review and edit creation of functional and technical project deliverables.
• Review and critique task estimates and technical solutions; finalize effort estimations and project plans.
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering OneStream Software solutions.

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager in our OneStream practice to join our team in Bangalore or Jaipur or Pune. As an Architect with our OneStream practice, you will develop and deliver project plans, building relationships with existing clients, determine solutions to meet clients’ needs, and provide delivery oversight to project teams.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:

• Assist clients in fully integrating OneStream Software systems into their current FP&A processes and provide input on best practices
• Manage client expectations and accountability.
• Identify new opportunities with current clients
• Review and edit Creation of functional and technical project deliverables
• Review and critique task estimates and technical solutions Finalizing effort estimations and project plans
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering OneStream Software solutions

You have:

• Experience with OneStream Software implementations
• 10+ years of FP&A project management experience with a strong focus on OneStream Software or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations
• Min 3 full lifecycle OneStream/Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS Software project as a Solution Architect
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Proven business knowledge as well as OneStream EPM/CPM application specific functional knowledge
• University degree in business, computer science or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
• Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop employees
