The Incharge - Regulatory Approvals is responsible for overseeing the execution of regulatory approval processes, ensuring seamless coordination between executives and the lead. This role involves managing documentation, following up with government authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing status updates to leadership. The Incharge ensures that all necessary approvals, permits, and clearances are obtained within project timelines, minimizing risks and facilitating smooth project execution.
Bachelor s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)/ Engineering (B.Tech)

Experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors, with a focus on liaising and regulatory documentation for various permits and licenses, including Old Tenure, 63, NA, and environmental NOCs.
Skilled in document preparation for project approvals, land revenue processes, title transfers, and encroachment prevention; budget management experience to ensure cost-effective and timely application submissions.
Supervise and manage the preparation and submission of applications for approvals, including Old Tenure, Section 63, Non-Agricultural (NA) permissions, and other relevant permits.
Review applications and supporting documents prepared by the Executive - Regulatory Approvals to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
Ensure all required approvals, NOCs, and clearances are obtained within stipulated timelines.
Maintain up-to-date records of all approvals, renewals, and compliance documents, ensuring proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
Engage with mid-level officials across relevant government bodies, including Talati, Mamlatdar, Prant, Collectorate, AUDA, AMC, GPCB, MoEF, and other regulatory agencies.
Coordinate and follow up with authorities on pending approvals, ensuring timely responses to any queries or requirements.
Support the Lead - Regulatory Approvals in maintaining strong relationships with senior officials to facilitate expedited processing of applications.
Provide guidance and supervision to the Executive - Regulatory Approvals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal processes.
Assign tasks, monitor execution, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure timely submission of applications and approvals.
Act as a bridge between the executive team and senior management, escalating critical issues when necessary.
Monitor expenses related to the approval process, ensuring cost-effective execution within the allocated budget.
Review financial forecasts for approval-related expenditures and provide necessary updates to the Lead.
Oversee documentation accuracy, ensuring that written communication with government agencies is clear, precise, and aligns with regulatory expectations.
Conduct periodic site visits to assess compliance with regulatory conditions, monitor risks, and prevent unauthorized encroachments.
Work closely with the legal and land teams to address potential regulatory and land-related challenges.
Ensure prompt resolution of any compliance issues raised by regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with internal departments, including Planning, Design, Legal, and Construction teams, to ensure regulatory compliance aligns with project execution.
Provide regular updates to the Lead - Regulatory Approvals on approval statuses, risks, and key developments.
Maintain a structured tracking system for all applications, ensuring transparency and efficiency in reporting.
