Job summary

Oracle in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced FP&A professional to partner with business units, drive forecasting and budgeting cycles, and define KPIs to track performance.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A with strong analytical skills and stakeholder management. You will own end-to-end tasks, collaborate with Finance and Business Ops, and lead efficiency initiatives within the GPO framework.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CIMA/CMA required.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Co-Pilots to Business Partners
• Own responsibilities / tasks end-to-end; Dedicated / exclusive support for specific business areas.
• Liaise with GBF, Business & Business Ops to execute deliverables (Forecast & Budget review)
• Actively participate in GPO initiatives and projects
• Translate vague / ad hoc business requirements into productive analysis; Complex Scenario Building
• Interpret ad hoc requirements from business and define a solution address the objective of such ad hoc requirements
• Understand key business drivers, define KPIs and incorporate them into packs published to business; Review and update KPIs in sync with changes in business
• Drive discussions, consolidate and summarize positions, Substitute effectively for Finance Business Partners' absence.
• Initiate, own and drive key initiatives / projects with periodic reviews, provide updates and proactively initiate course corrections
• Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains and propose solutions to management, share best practices.

Business Partner and Functional expert providing detailed analysis and decision-making support to stakeholders, so as to facilitate future business strategies. Sales knowledge would be added advantage (Sales cycle in SW Co’s) plus Expenses Management and understanding the end to end of any processes/systems or tools.

Responsibilities
