Forecasting and analysis: Develop waste forecasting models to project waste volumes, composition, infrastructure requirements, operational needs, and lifecycle costs.
Tools, templates, and supplier intelligence: Establish and maintain a Middle East supplier and technology database, and standardise method statements, templates, and technical specifications for consistent deployment across projects.
Strategy and advisory: Lead the development of waste management and circular economy strategies for buildings, masterplans, and community-scale developments, translating circular economy principles into practical, implementable solutions.
Integrated waste planning: Develop strategies covering waste minimisation, source segregation, recycling, recovery, and treatment options, aligned with Middle East regional regulations and global best practice.
Client engagement and thought leadership: Engage with clients and stakeholders, translate technical concepts into clear recommendations, and provide insight on emerging waste and circular economy practices.
Business development and team leadership: Support proposals, case studies, and client presentations, while providing task leadership, direction, and mentorship to junior team members.
