Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in India is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the cooling systems team for tractor applications. You will work on 3D layout, heat-load calculations, and interface with suppliers for new technology development while ensuring delivery targets.

Responsibilities include packaging and integrating engine interface systems, detailing components like radiators, charge air coolers, fuel coolers, and assembly mountings, with exposure to CAD tools and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Good hands-on experience on CAD softwares like Unigraphics, Creo etc.
• Exposure to Team Centre- Enterprise, TC- Engineering and TC -Project
• Ability to converse clearly in English
• Quick learner
• Good analytical skill while analyzing technical data / information
• Good knowledge of MPDS & Ms-Office utilities like: Word, Power point, Excel

• Supplier visits and getting on the critical parts development activities & New technology development along with suppliers.
• Make different Conceptual options to finalise 3D layout
• Heat load calculations, Preparation of SOR.
• Packaging & integrating Engine interface systems into a vehicle
• Detailed design of Engine interface systems (3D modeling and drawing preparation) like Radiator, Charge air Cooler, Fuel Cooler, Air cleaner, Muffler, Hoses, surge tank & Mountings to meet Delivery targets.
• Should have exposure on manufacturing process like rubber and plastic moulding and sheet metal fabrication.
• Should have worked in New Product Development Projects
• Good Knowledge in GD & T, Tolerance stack up
• Co-ordinations and discussion with other COEs
