Job summary

Prodapt Solutions Private Limited is seeking a senior operator to act as the highest escalation point for FlowOne incidents and drive rapid resolution across modules.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Nokia FlowOne and UIV, strong RCA and ITIL-aligned incident management, and the ability to coordinate with vendor support for patches and fixes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Nokia FlowOne platform components.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia Unified Inventory (UIV).
• Strong understanding of telecom provisioning workflows.
• Experience with Diameter protocol and 3GPP interfaces.
• Experience troubleshooting OSS/BSS integrations across HSS/HLR, PCRF, OCS, Matrixx/Aria.
• Strong SQL and log analysis in Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and XML/JSON integrations.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident/change management.
• Strong root cause analysis and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the highest level of technical escalation (L3) for FlowOne incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues across FlowOne modules.
• Troubleshoot cross-system integrations between FlowOne and HSS/HLR, PCRF, OCS, Matrixx/Aria.
• Diagnose resource allocation failures between FlowOne and Nokia UI/IV.
• Analyze Diameter traces to isolate provisioning issues and errors.
• Own and drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents affecting services.
• Coordinate with Nokia vendor support on patches and escalations.
• Review workflows and activation rules to identify systemic defects.
• Build and maintain runbooks, KEDB, and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor system health via Grafana/Elasticsearch dashboards.

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Act as the highest level of technical escalation (L3) for incidents raised against the Nokia FlowOne platform and its integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex production issues — provisioning failures, orchestration errors, and service activation defects across FlowOne modules.
• Troubleshoot cross-system integration issues between FlowOne and upstream/downstream network elements: HSS/HLR, PCRF, OCS/billing platforms (Matrixx, Aria), and SIM/IMSI provisioning systems.
• Diagnose resource allocation failures between FlowOne and Nokia Unified Inventory (UIV) — e.g. incorrect or unavailable port, bandwidth, or equipment records blocking service activation.
• Analyze Diameter protocol traces (S6a, Gx, Gy/Ro, Cx/Sh) to isolate provisioning sync issues, unknown‑subscriber errors, and related result‑code failures.
• Own and drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents impacting customer‑facing services such as IMSI provisioning, activation, and data/voice service delivery.
• Coordinate with Nokia vendor support and engineering teams on platform‑level bugs, patches, and escalations.
• Review orchestration workflows, catalog configurations, and activation rules within FlowOne to identify systemic defects.
• Build and maintain runbooks, a known‑error database (KEDB), and troubleshooting guides for L1/L2 teams.

Required skills & experience

• Hands‑on experience with Nokia FlowOne (Design Hub, OrderHub, Service Order Management & Activation, Service Catalog) is required.
• Hands‑on experience with Nokia Unified Inventory (UIV) is required — including resource/inventory data modeling and troubleshooting resource allocation issues.
• Strong understanding of telecom provisioning and service activation workflows, including IMSI/SIM lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of the Diameter protocol and 3GPP interfaces (S6a, Gx, Gy/Ro, Cx/Sh) and their standard result/error codes.
• Experience troubleshooting OSS/BSS integrations across HSS/HLR, PCRF, OCS, and billing platforms such as Matrixx or Aria.
• Strong SQL and log analysis skills, with familiarity in Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Grafana for monitoring and RCA.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and XML/JSON‑based integrations typical of OSS environments.
• Experience working within ITIL‑based incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong root cause analysis, documentation, and cross‑team communication skills, including direct vendor coordination.

Preferred qualifications

• Nokia FlowOne and/or Nokia Unified Inventory (UIV) certification or formal vendor training.
• Scripting experience (Python or Shell) for automating routine diagnostics.
• Exposure to core network elements such as MME, SGSN/GGSN, PGW, and HLR/HSS.
