Job summary

Mployee.me in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Lead to mentor the development team and steer architecture, design, and debt management for scalable software solutions. You will drive backend REST APIs with C#/.NET, craft responsive UIs with React/JavaScript/HTML5, design data models, and integrate with databases and third-party services.

Strong emphasis on TDD/BDD, SDLC best practices, and AWS cloud usage to deliver cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full stack design and development.
• Experience working in multi-site or global teams.
• Strong proficiency in: C# / .NET technologies, Web API development, React, JavaScript, HTML5
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in API automation using C#.
• Knowledge of BDD, TDD, MS Test, xUnit.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Healthcare will be an added advantage
