Job summary

NewSpace Research and Technologies seeks an experienced Server Lead to own our HPC environment and enterprise server infrastructure. You will act as the technical SME for the server ecosystem, focusing on Dell HPC hardware, high availability, automation, and incident response.

You will ensure continuous 24/7 reliability, drive system optimizations, lead high-priority troubleshooting, and oversee Cloud infrastructure, Linux administration, and core email and collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HPC clusters and enterprise server ecosystems.
• Strong background in Linux administration and Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud integration (AWS).
• Exposure to HPC scheduling with Open PBS / PBS Pro.
• Hands-on with Dell HPC hardware and data-center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the HPC environment and server infrastructure.
• Serve as the technical SME for the server ecosystem.
• Ensure 24/7 reliability and incident response.
• Lead system optimizations and high-priority troubleshooting.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, Linux admin, and core email/collaboration platforms.
