Job Summary

Implement the Linux and HPC solutions and help the client’s ability to add intelligence throughout their enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement the HPC and Linux solutions for customers within our facilities.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts for customer’s requirements.
• Provide key role in Customer Service domain throughout the post sales cycle, demos and operational walkthroughs.
• Form valuable business relationships with customers and promote Locuz value.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by completing the project on time and document the same for knowledge database.
• To build customer relationship with new principals and orders.
• Translate the concept into production – ready project during conception and elaboration phases’ services engagement.
• Promote Locuz value via business relations and support networks.
• Handle the projects efficiently with proper SOW/Implementation/Project plan documentation
