Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineer to support the Heavy Duty (HD) Steam Turbine (ST) and Generator (GEN) Inquiry to Remittance (ITR) process within the Agile value stream of the Services business. This role serves as the primary Agile team focal point for standardized, small, and quick-turn opportunities and projects, ensuring customer needs are translated into technically sound, executable solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer with solid technical foundation and project lifecycle experience who is ready to own the full ITR scope – from customer inquiry through order fulfilment and outage execution, while developing expertise under the mentorship of senior technical leaders. The successful candidate will execute technical analysis, manage customer interactions, coordinate across functional teams, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to deepen technical mastery in ST/GEN systems while building the strategic and cross-functional skills needed for advancement.
