Job summary

AtkinsRéalis India is seeking a Lead Engineer EICA to drive electrical design for water and wastewater projects across multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires delivering design documentation, calculations and specifications, coordinating with various disciplines and presenting solutions to clients.

You will oversee design quality, foster team collaboration, and ensure timely project delivery while adhering to UK and international standards.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
• 14+ years of experience in water & wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.
• Experience with UK/international codes and standards.
• Proficient with AMTECH, DIALUX EVO and Navisworks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare design documents, optioneering reports, data sheets, calculations and specifications.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil and other disciplines and manage interfaces.
• Review drawings and deliverables; present design solutions to clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to required quality.

As a provider of multi-disciplinary technical design services to the built environment, AtkinsRéalis India is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first-class solutions which combine innovation, imagination and best practice.## Your Role*Roles & Responsibilities** A sound understanding of electrical engineering principles and their application in Water, Wastewater Treatment plant and pumping stations.* Experience in the production of design documentations including optioneering reports, data sheets, calculations, and specifications of electrical equipment.* Undertake Electrical design to local and international standards, preferably for UK region.* Understand and apply BS/NEC/NFPA/IEC/International standards.* Undertake design of a variety of electrical design elements i.e., MV & LV Distribution, Grounding, Lighting design (internal and external), Cable management, Sizing, Fire Alarm Protection & Detection system.* Electrical Equipment calculations, Cable and cable tray sizing calculations, grounding calculation, lighting calculation (using Dialux EVO, AGI32), Lightening assessment etc.* A competent user of IT tools in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Electrical design tools e.g., AMTECH, ETAP, SKM.
