Alstom in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a System Architect to design and integrate telecom subsystems for urban and mainline rail projects, ensuring seamless operation. You’ll play a key role in designing and integrating telecom subsystems for urban and mainline rail projects, ensuring seamless and efficient operation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Interface Managers, Civil Contractors), lead technical workshops with stakeholders, and oversee system integration and testing, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of designing telecom sub-systems such as Telephony Systems, Public Address Systems, CCTV Systems, and more, but also manage interfaces with external systems including Signaling, SCADA, and Automatic Fare Collection systems.
