Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in engineering or equivalent.
• 13–15 years of experience in automotive engineering/quality.
• Experience with APQP and E-PPAP processes in NPD/CPE programs.
• Ability to lead end-to-end technical and quality delivery across E&E commodities.

Job description

• Lead STA for E&E commodity; ensure gate readiness, prioritization, and sample availability through to SOP at defined volumes.
• Own end-to-end technical and quality delivery of E&E Commodity across NPD and CPE programs.
• Govern supplier audits and technical capability; drive process robustness and FTG deployment readiness to support RFQ discussions.
• Standardize STA methods, development practices, and FTG processes across parts.
• Ensure adherence to APQP, E‑PPAP, and per‑day capacity aligned to mature volumes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment to deliver first‑time‑right quality in parts development.
• Apply strong process and FTG expertise across Lighting, Wiring Harness, Switches, Clusters, Cooling systems, Wiper systems, and related components.
• Lead hands‑on problem solving with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
