Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a product owner for E&E aggregates to drive development and testing through close collaboration with module teams. You will ensure timely hardware and software delivery and guide teams on project-wise activities across multiple functions.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking VRS and SDS initiatives, and presenting management updates. Mentoring and career development responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge on Battery electric vehicle system and electric powertrain.
• Understanding of EE architecture definition and V-cycle product development.
• Experience with feature benchmarking for EE functions.
• Familiar with automotive standards, audits and work products.
• Strong system design and automotive product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Internal & External stake holders for requirements creation and interface sign off, including marketing, product planning, R&D, manufacturing, service etc.
• Tracking implementation of VRS,SDS project-wise, project management and management presentation using Gantt charts or similar
• Create management summary project wise, presenting to senior management on periodic basis
• Mentoring team members, task delegation and allocation, personnel management, skill development, appraisal and career path development
