Job summary

Simplify Healthcare is seeking a Docs Lead to drive healthcare product configuration, documentation workflows, and data management for US clients. The role emphasizes SDLC execution, HIPAA compliance, and continuous improvement while mentoring analysts and ensuring SLA-driven delivery.

You will lead a team of 8-12 analysts, guide validation of benefits data and claims documentation workflows, and collaborate with US stakeholders to capture requirements and oversee testing.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in healthcare product configuration or payer operations
• 1–2 years of experience as a team lead or senior individual contributor with mentoring responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits setup, documentation, and claims data workflows
• Experience with automation tools and document management systems
• Scripting experience, HTML preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
• Understanding of SDLC and compliance-driven delivery

Responsibilities
