You will define strategy, mentor teams, and align deliverables with business goals across payer analytics, fraud and compliance domains. This role requires deep healthcare IT knowledge, strong leadership, and ability to deliver high-quality software solutions in a high-growth environment.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional & internal stakeholders, including product management, design, BA's, QA, SME's and operations, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations within the defined budget and project scope.
• Foster an inclusive work environment & talent, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Mentor people and create a high performing organization, resolve conflicts to build & sustain teams.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects within the healthcare sector, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines & budgets while ensuring 6Sigma quality.
• Coordinate & guide the team to navigate multiple teams & platforms to integrate multiple solutions into the client's ecosystem, ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies, to drive successful project execution.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and understanding of interoperability and data exchange protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving & analyzing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
