Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Maharashtra, India seeks a process excellence specialist to drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. You will identify automation opportunities, prepare BRD, RPA business cases, and collaborate with COE teams to deliver transformation solutions.

The role requires Black/Green Belt in Lean/Six Sigma and extensive use of Intelligent Process Automation to apply to real-world use cases, working with business leads, analytics and RPA teams.

Qualifications

• BB/GB belt certification required.
• Familiar with Lean and DMAIC methodologies and process improvement.

• Leverage IPA knowledge to apply to real-world use cases.

• Prepare BRD, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), BRD and use cases.
• Engage in exploring solutions for bottlenecks using Six Sigma, Lean and RCA.

• Extensive use and application of knowledge about Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and its applicability in real world use cases


• Work collaboratively with Business leads/managers, RPA, analytics and COE team to deliver transformation solutions.


• Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents, (BRD) and use cases


• Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks by using Six sigma, Lean and RCA

Must have Skill Set

• BB / GB Certified Required / Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC Technologies Exposure.
