Job summary

RAHI Care Official invites a Lead Dialysis Technician to join our Bhubaneswar site on a full-time, on-site basis. You will lead daily dialysis operations, ensure machine readiness, and uphold patient safety and infection control protocols.

You will supervise technicians, manage patient schedules, document clinical data, educate patients, and contribute to quality improvement in a high-volume unit.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in dialysis and hemodialysis procedures.
• Competence in patient care and vital signs monitoring with focus on safety and comfort.
• Knowledge of renal care pharmacology and common comorbid conditions.
• Certification or diploma in dialysis technology; registration where applicable.
• Experience as a dialysis technician with leadership in a dialysis unit.
• Familiarity with infection control, waste management, and documentation standards.

• Ability to work in shifts and respond calmly in emergencies.

Role Description

The Lead Dialysis Technician role at RAHI Care Official is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Lead Dialysis Technician oversees daily dialysis operations, including preparing and maintaining dialysis machines, performing safe hemodialysis procedures, and monitoring patients throughout treatment. This role includes supervising dialysis technicians, coordinating patient schedules, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. The individual documents vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient responses, while promptly reporting any clinical concerns to the nursing and medical teams. The Lead Dialysis Technician also supports patient education, contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dialysis unit environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures, including machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated competence in Patient Care and monitoring Vital Signs, with a focus on safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Knowledge of Medicine relevant to renal care and dialysis, including basic pharmacology and understanding of common comorbid conditions.
• Certification or diploma in dialysis technology or a related paramedical field; national or state registration where applicable.
• Several years of experience as a dialysis technician, including prior responsibility or leadership within a dialysis unit.
• Familiarity with infection control practices, biomedical waste management, and clinical documentation standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in shift-based schedules, respond calmly in emergencies, and maintain attention to detail in a high-volume clinical environment.
