The Lead Dialysis Technician role at RAHI Care Official is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Lead Dialysis Technician oversees daily dialysis operations, including preparing and maintaining dialysis machines, performing safe hemodialysis procedures, and monitoring patients throughout treatment. This role includes supervising dialysis technicians, coordinating patient schedules, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. The individual documents vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient responses, while promptly reporting any clinical concerns to the nursing and medical teams. The Lead Dialysis Technician also supports patient education, contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dialysis unit environment.
