Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines, equipment, and supplies before each treatment.
• Assist in initiating, monitoring, and completing dialysis procedures as directed by the clinical team.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and report changes or complications.
• Follow prescribed dialysis protocols and infection prevention procedures.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of dialysis equipment.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and equipment-related documentation.
• Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and preparation of the dialysis area.
• Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Follow hospital policies, patient safety standards, and applicable clinical guidelines.
