Job summary

Tecnoprism is seeking a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to lead automation, security, and reliability across our multi-cloud infrastructure and data platforms. You will own end-to-end DevOps lifecycles, enforce Well-Architected principles, and act as a platform admin and DevSecOps champion.

You will architect Azure/AWS/Snowflake deployments, automate with Terraform and ARM, and lead CI/CD governance with GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Snowflake) per Well-Architected standards.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and ARM templates.
• Implement HA/DR, networking, and private endpoints.
• Monitor applications with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Build and govern GitLab CI/CD pipelines with security integrations.
• Manage secrets with Azure Key Vault and HashiCorp Vault.
• Administer Snowflake accounts and GitLab projects.
• Package tools into Docker images for reproducible pipelines.
• Apply secure DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle.
• Own .NET Platform deployments and Azure/AWS services.

About the Role:

A Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to lead automation, security, and reliability across our multi-cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms. One who owns an end-to-end DevOps lifecycle, enforces Well-Architected principles, and contributes as a platform admin and DevSecOps champion.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure & Reliability (Azure | AWS | Snowflake):

• Architect and manage Azure services: ADF, Function Apps, Web Apps, Storage, Key Vaults, Application Insights.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and ARM templates.
• Design and implement HA/DR, VNET Integration, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, and VPN Gateways following Well-Architected standards.
• Provision and manage Snowflake infrastructure, including network policies and object lifecycle.
• Monitor applications using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL dashboards.

CI/CD, DevOps & DevSecOps Automation:

• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines with strong governance and modular design.
• Integrate SonarQube, Semgrep, Checkov, and automated unit/integration tests into pipelines.
• Manage secrets securely using Azure Key Vault and HashiCorp Vault.
• Administer GitLab (Runners, Groups, Permissions) and Git standards (branching, PRs, conflict resolution).
• Manage and publish Docker images via GitLab Container Registry and BAMS.

Data Platform Integration:

• Automate Snowflake tasks using Python, Terraform, and SnowSQL.
• Integrate with Azure Functions, AWS Lambda (.NET), and other cloud-native services.
• Package custom tools and connectors into Docker for reproducible pipelines.

Security, Compliance & Governance:

• Apply secure coding and DevSecOps practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Implement RBAC, Managed Identities, Service Principals, and secure authentication flows.
• Support audits and enforce security baselines across environments.

Application Lifecycle & .NET Platform Ownership:

• Own .NET Framework upgrades, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and deployment strategies.
• Manage Azure Web Apps/Functions and AWS Lambdas (.NET).
• Implement Blue-Green, Canary, and rollback strategies using GitLab CI/CD.

Platform Administration (Snowflake, GitLab):

• Administer Snowflake accounts, roles, integrations, and network settings.
• Oversee GitLab project structure, group policies, user access, and pipeline governance.

Required Skills:

• AWS (Proficient): Lambda (.NET), IAM, VPC, Snowflake integrations
• Snowflake (Strong): Provisioning, Admin Ops, Networking, Security Integrations
