Job summary

LatentBridge Pvt Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strength in the backend (.NET Core) and comfort across the frontend using Angular or React. You will build REST APIs, work with SQL Server, and drive features from API contract through UI with minimal boundary handoffs.

About The Role -

We are looking for a Full StackDeveloper who is strong on the backend with .NET Core and comfortableworking across the application in Angular or React when the featuredemands it. You will build and run REST APIs and business logic for enterpriseclients, work directly with SQL Server, and take features from API contractthrough to UI without handing off at the boundary.

Thisis a hands-on engineering role in a modern delivery environment. AI codingassistants are part of the normal workflow here - what we assess is yourjudgement, your debugging, and your ability to stand behind every line yousubmit for review.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using .NET 8 / ASP.NETCore - REST APIs, business logic, background jobs and integrations withthird-party systems.
• Design and work with SQL Server - schemas, queries, storedprocedures, indexing, and reading an execution plan to explain why something isslow.
• Develop frontend features in Angular 16+ or React 18+ - reusable components,forms and validation, typed API clients, predictable state management, andclean integration with backend APIs.
• Deliver features end to end - API contract, data access, UI,tests and deployment - rather than stopping at the layer boundary.
• Maintain and incrementally modernise existing ASP.NET MVCapplications , moving logic into services and APIs without destabilising what isalready in production.
• Debug production issues using structured logs, traces andmetrics (Application Insights, Serilog); find the root cause, ship the fix, andadd the test that would have caught it.
• Write secure, maintainable code - input validation, parameterisedqueries, correct error handling, structured logging, and no secrets in sourcecontrol.
• Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) as adaily tool - and be able to explain, test and defend everything you raise in a pullrequest.
• Write unit and integration tests (xUnit / NUnit on the backend;Jasmine / Karma, Jest or Vitest on the frontend) and keep the CI pipelinegreen.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions as both an author and areviewer.
• Work closely with product, QA and DevOps through the sprint, fromgrooming to release.

MandatoryRequirements

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in a product orenterprise delivery environment.
• Strong C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core - dependency injection,middleware pipeline, async/await, configuration and options.
• Practical REST API experience - status codes, versioning,pagination, error contracts and authentication headers.
• Hands-on SQL Server - joins, stored procedures, indexes,and the ability to read a query plan.
• Working experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Strong TypeScript, with production experience in eitherAngular (v15 or later) or React 18+ - component design, routing, formsand validation, state management, and HTTP / API integration.
• Good experience with ASP.NET MVC and legacy application maintenance.
• Solid grounding in OOP, SOLID and common design patterns.
• Git-based workflow - branching, pull requests, codereview and conflict resolution.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - able to work from astack trace to a verified fix.
• Clear written and spoken communication in a distributed,client-facing team.
