Job summary

Anlage Infotech is seeking an experienced BIM specialist to design and manage BIM models for water infrastructure projects in Pune. You will work with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to deliver integrated models and clash-free coordination.

The role requires 5–15 years of BIM experience with Civil 3D, Revit, and AVEVA/E3D familiarity, including offshore or international projects. You will mentor juniors and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in water / utility BIM projects and hands-on modelling.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and data management.
• Knowledge of clash detection workflows and model coordination within multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to scripting or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform clash detection and model coordination and resolve issues collaboratively.
• Extract drawings, quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and provide technical guidance (for senior-level candidates).
• Participate in BIM process improvements, automation, and best practice implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years and up to 15 years of relevant BIM experience in Water / Utilities projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D & Autodesk Revit
• Good understanding of Water supply and wastewater systems
• Utility coordination and underground services
• BIM workflows and data management
• Experience working on UK / Middle East / International water projects is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative BIM team.
• Experience with AVEVA (E3D).
• Experience with Tekla Structures.
• Knowledge of ACC / ProjectWise, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows.
• Exposure to scripting or automation (Dynamo, Lisp, etc.) is a plus.
