  • Provide technical expertise for POC, pilots, and key initiatives; help stakeholders define technical requirements.
  • Monitor and manage license usage; produce monthly usage reporting and trend analysis; troubleshoot license and configuration issues.
  • Perform user onboarding/offboarding and access management; lead webinars/workshops; coach users on workflows and best practices.
  • Drive operational excellence: monitor SLAs/KPIs, ensure incident/request tracking in ServiceNow, maintain documentation, and identify automation opportunities.
What will make you successful

  • Hands‑on experience with CAD, simulation tools such as Ansys, Altair, Autodesk, or equivalent, and related ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin, Digital Thread concepts and AI‑enabled engineering workflows (analytics, copilots, LLM assistants).
  • Experience with license management, SCCM packaging, and enterprise‑scale deployments.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure dependencies, licensing models, and system integrations.
  • Ability to assess upgrade impacts, risks, and technical dependencies.
