R Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant in Data Sciences with AWS AI/ML expertise to design scalable Agentic AI solutions for Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management. You will build agents on AWS platforms, implement RAG-based applications, and optimize AI models for business use cases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive architectural reviews, and lead engineering efforts to deliver ethical, scalable AI deployments in a regulated domain.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency with AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and related AWS AI services.
• Strong understanding of classical AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.
• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Experience designing multi-agent or autonomous AI workflows.
• Foundational understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Professional experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.

You will guide engineering teams, drive innovation in Agentic AI technologies, and develop healthcare-focused AI solutions across Revenue Cycle Management processes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, or vector databases.
• Familiarity with AWS-native AI architecture and model evaluation frameworks.
• Experience working in cross-functional or distributed team environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and structured project management.
