Job summary

R Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant in Data Sciences with AWS AI/ML expertise, focusing on Agentic AI solutions for Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management. You will lead design and development of enterprise-grade AWS-native AI solutions using Bedrock and related services.

The role requires hands-on experience building multi-agent, autonomous workflows, strong NLP/LLMs, RAG, and responsible AI practices, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and guide

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands and related AWS AI services.
• Strong understanding of classical AI/ML, advanced neural networks, and Generative AI models.
• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Experience designing and implementing multi-agent or autonomous AI workflows.
• Foundational understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical innovation by architecting AWS-native AI solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions and guide engineering teams through the development lifecycle.
• Establish robust model evaluation and guardrails to ensure ethical AI deployment.
• Support client engagements and develop healthcare-focused AI solutions across RCM processes.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS platforms.

• Strong understanding of classical AI/ML, Advanced Neural Networks, and Generative AI models.
