Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and related AWS AI services.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and generative AI models.
• Experience designing multi‑agent or autonomous AI workflows.
• Foundational understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI.
• Healthcare or RCM industry experience.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions through effective communication with clients and technical teams.

• You will implement LLM‑powered solutions, including tool calling and workflow automation, and optimize Generative AI and Deep Learning models for specific business use cases.
• A key part of this role is designing AWS‑native architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• You will also establish robust model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI frameworks to ensure ethical deployment.
