Job summary

Kerv Digital is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for MS Power Platform / Dynamics CRM in Bengaluru. The role requires 8+ years of experience and entails building custom Dynamics CRM solutions, integrating with back-ends, and leading a multi-developer team.

A strong background in C#, Dataverse, and AI-enabled tooling is essential. The position involves 3 days in the office weekly with occasional out-of-hours work to support customer interests.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE / Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
• Strong hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered agents.
• Strong C# / .NET development skills, including Dataverse/Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities and integrations.
• Experience with PCF and reusable controls.
• Knowledge of Dataverse architecture, FetchXML and SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, Git, source control and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform CLI (PAC) for solution development, packaging, validation and deployment.
• Experience developing complex integrations using REST/OData APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Azure.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers in distributed teams.
