Job summary

EC-Council is seeking a hands-on Lead – Corporate Services to manage day-to-day administration, facilities, infrastructure and maintenance of our Hyderabad office. The role focuses on building systems, vendor coordination, and internal stakeholder alignment to keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Administration or Corporate Services, strong vendor management and communication skills, and the ability to drive improvements across facilities and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end facility and corporate services operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Manage building maintenance, electrical systems, DG, HVAC, plumbing, civil works and other technical facilities.
  • Oversee BMS (Building Management System), preventive maintenance, breakdowns and coordination with technical service vendors.
  • Manage vendors, AMC contracts, quotations, negotiations, invoices and service‑level compliance.
  • Handle office infrastructure, seating, space management, repairs, housekeeping, security and reception/front‑office operations.
  • Monitor utilities, electricity consumption, DG operations, maintenance costs and petty cash with effective cost control.
  • Ensure timely resolution of facility‑related issues, employee requests and operational escalations.
  • Manage statutory, safety, compliance and facility‑related documentation, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive facility improvement projects, office moves, expansions, refurbishments and infrastructure upgrades as required.
  • Lead and coordinate with internal teams, landlords, contractors and external agencies to ensure a safe, efficient and well‑maintained workplace.

We are looking for a hands‑on Lead – Corporate Services to manage the day‑to‑day administration, facilities, infrastructure and maintenance of our Hyderabad office.

The role will have a strong focus on facility and building management, technical maintenance, office infrastructure, utilities and vendor management, along with overall administration. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of building systems and maintenance and be comfortable coordinating with building management, vendors and internal teams to ensure the office operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualification & Skills
  • Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration, Building Management or Corporate Services.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in facility management and office maintenance..
  • Strong communication, coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Presentable and professional with the ability to create a good first impression.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and take complete ownership of workplace operations.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
