  • Nice-to-have: IPC standard certification, TL 9K Auditor qualifications, effective handling of customer complaints, and ability to engage with global stakeholders.

The Quality Manager at Nokia plays a pivotal role in aligning our quality strategy with business goals while acting as the customer advocacy. You will handle customer complaints, oversee product performance governance, and implement corrective actions and process enhancements. Qualifications
Must-Have:
  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in a related field, specifically a Bachelor''s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E. ECE).
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in quality management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in systematic problem-solving using QA tools like PFMEA.
  • Proficient leadership skills to guide a team of Engineers and Technicians.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships from a quality perspective
  • Experience with driving corrective and preventive action processes
Nice-To-Have:
  • IPC standard certification
