Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Lead to drive functional delivery across manufacturing and quality domains. You will lead end-to-end SAP PP/QM projects, ensure best practices, and collaborate with global teams to integrate PP/QM with MM, SD, PM and WM/EWM.

Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills are essential. Educational background is a general graduate; multiple locations are listed, including Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai and Chennai, with a preference for onsite

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM functionalities and best practices.
• Knowledge of MRP, production execution, quality inspection and batch management.
• Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM.
• Understanding of manufacturing standards and quality compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM functional consulting engagements across projects.
• Deliver end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations in manufacturing settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global delivery teams.
• Configure SAP PP/QM processes, integrate with MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM.
• Guide clients on best practices and maintain process documentation.
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.
