YASH Technologies, Inc. Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP PP QM consultant with 8-10 years of proven delivery on S/4HANA/ECC. You will lead end-to-end SAP PP and QM implementations, participate in rollout projects, and ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, CO, and PS.

Strong testing, training, and documentation skills are essential. The role requires hands-on configuration in PPQM, master data management, and collaboration with business teams to drive successful UAT and go-live

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8-10 years of SAP PP and QM experience.
• Independently handled 2 end-to-end S4 HANA/ECC implementations.
• Experience in rollout projects is a must.
• Knowledge in S/4HANA and FIORI is required.
• Strong understanding of PP/QM processes including batch, serial, and quality control.
• Integration with MM, SD, CO, PS and third-party systems.

Aufgaben

• Configure and design PPQM modules in SAP.
• Set up PPQM master data and test scripts; execute tests and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare configuration documents and presentations; train business users on UAT.
• Work independently or with a team to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated processes and RICEFW elements.

Job Description

• Minimum 8-10 years of SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) and must have independently handled 2 end to end S4 HANA / ECC implementation projects.
• Experience in Roll outs projects is must
• Knowledge in S/4HANA and FIORI is must
• Knowledge in the Production planning related to - Sales and operation planning, Demand management, Repetitive (REM), Process industry, Discrete manufacturing, (make to order, make to stock, rework /reprocess, batch management, serial number management)
• Knowledge in the Quality management related to - Quality in sales, Procurement & Production, Quality certificates, quality notifications, quality control
• Also integration knowledge in Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Finance, Costing / controlling.
• Integration with third party applications, RICEFW's
• Master data knowledge in both PP and QM
• Cross module knowledge with MM, SD, CO and PS.
• Able to set up all PPQM master data and create and execute test scripts.
• Must have configuration and design experience in the PPQM modules.
• Go through Business process master list and run the tests.
• Testing, Prepare test scripts, configuration docs and presentations.
• Train the Business core team. Support business users in performing UAT successfully.
• Work independently or with a team.
