Job summary

GyanSys Inc. in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on configuration and at least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.

You will cover Production Planning (MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Work Centers) and Quality Management (Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, Quality Notifications), with strong PP/QM-MM-SD-FI/CO integration and MTS/MTO planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration and implementation experience, covering Production Planning (MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Work Centers) and Quality Management (Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, Quality Notifications).
• Strong understanding of Discrete, Process (PP-PI), and Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios, with MTS and MTO planning strategies.
• Proven integration across PP/QM with MM, SD, and FI/CO for seamless material flow, quality inspection, and cost integration.
• Experience with S/4HANA innovations including MRP Live, Production Order confirmations via Fiori apps, and embedded QM processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, lead fit-gap analysis, and support blueprinting for greenfield/brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects and perform ABAP debugging as needed.
• Lead SIT/UAT cycles, manage cutover activities, and mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM configuration and implementation efforts across full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, FI/CO teams for end-to-end integration and data flows.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and blueprint for S/4HANA deployments.
• Guide SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration and implementation experience, covering Production Planning (MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Work Centers) and Quality Management (Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, Quality Notifications), with at least 1 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of Discrete, Process (PP-PI), and Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios, along with MTS and MTO planning strategies.
• Proven integration expertise across PP/QM with MM, SD, and FI/CO, ensuring seamless material flow, quality inspection, and cost integration across the value chain.
• Experience with S/4HANA-specific innovations including MRP Live, Production Order confirmations via Fiori apps, and embedded Quality Management processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, lead fit-gap analysis, and support blueprinting for greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for PP/QM and basic ABAP debugging skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams on RICEFW objects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead SIT/UAT testing cycles, manage cutover activities, and mentor junior consultants or lead project tracks independently.
