Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Oracle Time & Labor Engineer in Bengaluru to lead configuration and delivery of OTL solutions for US-based clients.

You will manage full life-cycle OTL projects, collaborating with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Costing teams, and integrate OTL with biometric devices via REST APIs. Strong client-facing skills and global teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Time & Labor Cloud.
• Hands-on OTL configuration including time entry, validation, calculation, and compliance rules.
• Experience with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Costing linkages.
• Experience delivering full life-cycle OTL projects (analysis, design, testing, deployment).
• Deep understanding of OTL integrations, including biometric devices and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher for building custom OTL reports.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• English: Proficient.

Responsibilities

Requirements
