YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Consultant for Oracle Fusion Financials Functional to drive ERP implementations and cloud configurations in Pune, India. The role emphasizes business-process mapping, system configuration, and data migration.
The ideal candidate will have 6–10+ years of ERP experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, and a track record of 2–3 full lifecycle implementations with strong stakeholder skills.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
- Typically 6 to 10+ years of ERP implementation experience (Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud).
- Active Oracle Cloud Certification preferred for relevant modules.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and reporting tools is advantageous.
Mansioni
- Lead workshops to understand business needs and map finance processes to Oracle best practices.

Experience 10+ Years
We are seeking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant who will implements, customizes, andsupports Oracle Cloud applications. They bridge the gap between business needs and system architecture,configuring Oracle Cloud Financial modules managing data migrations. Be responsible for implementing,configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Financial modules based on business requirements, ensuring theERP system accurately manages critical accounting and reporting processes
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops to understand business needs, perform fit-gapanalysis, and map current finance processes to Oracle best practices.
Set up and configure core modules including General Ledger (GL), AccountsPayable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) etc.
Create functional specifications, develop test scripts, and support SystemIntegration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist with mapping, validating, and reconciling data during system cutovers and legacymigrations.
Provide post-go-live production support, troubleshoot functional issues,and conduct user training.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Typically, 6 to 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation (specifically Oracle FusionFinance Cloud)
Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.
ActiveOracle Cloud Certification
for relevant modules is highly preferred by employers
(FBDI, ADFdi) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
Understanding of integration concepts, Redwood UI
