YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Consultant for Oracle EBS & Fusion Financials to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Financial modules. The role focuses on bridging business needs with system architecture and managing data migrations across GL, AP, AR, FA and CM.

The ideal candidate will drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and end-user training, while ensuring robust testing (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live support. A strong track record in ERP projects is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience: 6 to 8+ years in EBS & ERP implementations.
• Certifications: Oracle Cloud Certification preferred.
• Configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and data migrations.
• Familiar with data migration tools and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops to understand business needs, perform fit-gap analysis, and map finance processes to Oracle best practices.
• Configure core modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Create functional specs, develop test scripts, support SIT/UAT.

We are seeking for an experienced Oracle EBS & Fusion ERP Consultant who will implements, customizes, and supports Oracle Cloud applications. They bridge the gap between business needs and system architecture, configuring Oracle EBS & Cloud Financial modules managing data migrations. Be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS & Cloud Financial modules based on business requirements, ensuring the EBS & ERP system accurately manages critical accounting and reporting processes

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead workshops to understand business needs, perform fit-gap analysis, and map current finance processes to Oracle best practices.

System Configuration: Set up and configure core modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) etc.

Testing & Validation: Create functional specifications, develop test scripts, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Data Migration: Assist with mapping, validating, and reconciling data during system cutovers and legacy migrations.

End-User Training & Support: Provide post-go-live production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and conduct user training.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com), or a related field.

Experience: Typically, 6 to 8+ years of experience in EBS & ERP implementation (specifically Oracle EBS Finance)

Implementation Track Record: Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.

Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant modules is highly preferred by employers

Familiarity with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

Understanding of integration concepts, Redwood UI
