Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant for Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials in Pune. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS and Cloud Financial modules to meet complex business needs.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, configuring GL/AP/AR/FA/CM, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support. A Bachelor’s in finance/commerce and 6–8+ years in Oracle ERP are expected, with Oracle Cloud Certification highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS & ERP implementations (Oracle EBS Finance).
• Proven track record of 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Oracle Cloud Certification highly preferred.

We are seeking for an experienced Oracle EBS & Fusion ERP Consultant who will implements, customizes, and supports Oracle Cloud applications. They bridge the gap between business needs and system architecture, configuring Oracle EBS & Cloud Financial modules managing data migrations. Be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS & Cloud Financial modules based on business requirements, ensuring the EBS & ERP system accurately manages critical accounting and reporting processes

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead workshops to understand business needs, perform fit-gap analysis, and map current finance processes to Oracle best practices.

System Configuration: Set up and configure core modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) etc.

Testing & Validation: Create functional specifications, develop test scripts, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Data Migration: Assist with mapping, validating, and reconciling data during system cutovers and legacy migrations.

End-User Training & Support: Provide post-go-live production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and conduct user training.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com), or a related field.

Experience: Typically, 6 to 8+ years of experience in EBS & ERP implementation (specifically Oracle EBS Finance)

Implementation Track Record: Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.

Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant modules is highly preferred by employers

Familiarity with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

Understanding of integration concepts, Redwood UI
