We are seeking anOracle CloudProduct Data Hub(PDH)Consultant. The individual will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the Oracle community.
The Oracle Cloud PDH Consultant will beanexpert in implementingthe Oracle Cloud PDH solution. The successful candidate will have completed two or more end to end implementation of Oracle Cloud PDH.
This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Cloud PDH application. The PDHconsultant defines client business requirements,designs,and configures the system solution forPDHapplications, and assists with system validation, go-livepreparationand support.
Responsibilities
- Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle CloudPDHapplications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.
- Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.
- Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client forapproval.
- Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
- Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications ifnecessary.
- Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or customsolutions.
- Work with Oracle to resolve servicerequests.
- Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle:
- Gather business requirements through business process workshops,
- Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for OracleCloudPDHapplications,
- Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing,
- Go-Live preparation and cut-over support,
- Post-production support,
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing Oracle CloudPDHprojects andupgrades.
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERPsolutions.
- Expert knowledge of the Oracle CloudPDHsolution
- Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple taskassignments.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressfulcircumstances.
- Senior enough to be able to independently handle clientexpectations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- High commitment to exceed performanceexpectations.
- High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Professional approach when dealing with internal and externalcustomers.
- Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration,programmingand unittesting.
- Produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledgetransfer.
- APICS or other supply chain certifications is aplus.
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
