Genpact seeks a Lead Consultant - Enterprise Application S to join its hybrid team in India. You will specialize in Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM, while delivering integration designs and solution architectures for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities include technical analysis, specification creation, and client-facing delivery. Exposure to Copilot Studio and Power Apps supports rapid, innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM modules and integrations.
• Strong design/solution skills and ability to articulate concepts to clients.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and CRM portals is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration projects between Copilot Studio and 3rd party apps (ERP/CRM).
• Design and document technical specifications and proposals.
• Engage with clients, manage delivery, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Work independently on testing, documentation, and delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Experience with Dynamics 365 on Finance modules and SCM modules
• Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
• CE Portals with Power apps Canvas Apps
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions integrations, power Portal, Migration
• Participate in technical analysis and create specification document.
• Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.
• Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex issues
• Ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses, and contracts
• Should be able to work independently and should have good communication and client interaction skill.
• Candidate should be able to work independently work, test, document and deliver.

Minimum Qualifications/skills

The Resource should be proficient in working with Copilot Studio and will be required to work on the following integrations:

• Integration between bot developed in Copilot Studio with various 3_rd_ party applications (viz. ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Integration between Copilot Studio and NiceCXOne for Live Agent Handoff
• Integration between Teams Telephony with Copilot Studio

• Proficient in MSCRM Dynamics with in-depth knowledge on Plugins, Workflows, JavaScripts, CRM Portals, Web APIs Azure Knowledge Good to have Power Apps Skill set
• Proficient on the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM
