Job summary

Aven Hospitality is seeking a Principal Solutions Design Engineer to design solutions that align customer objectives with the SynXis platform. You will collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Security teams to define requirements and guide initiatives.

The role demands deep hospitality tech knowledge, proven enterprise SaaS delivery experience, and ability to run workshops and customer engagements. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a related technical customer-facing role.
• 5+ years of hospitality, travel technology, or distribution experience.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, and customer consulting engagements.
