Job summary

Aven Hospitality in India seeks a Principal Solutions Design Engineer to align customer objectives with SynXis platform capabilities. You will lead discovery, design scalable solutions, and partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Security teams to drive outcomes.

You will deliver workshops, demos, and solution recommendations, mentor colleagues, and support customers through the solution lifecycle on complex enterprise SaaS deployments in hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related technical customer-facing role.
• 5+ years of hospitality, travel technology, or distribution experience.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Up to 25% travel.

The Principal Solutions Design Engineer is a hospitality technology expert and trusted advisor responsible for designing solutions that align customer business objectives with Aven Hospitality's products and platform capabilities. This role partners with Commercial, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to define requirements, develop solution recommendations, and guide strategic customer initiatives. The Senior Solutions Design Engineer combines deep industry expertise, technical knowledge, and business acumen to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
